Grant is an internationally recognised non-executive director and ESG, risk & governance professional who has held senior leadership roles with private and public sector organisations in energy & renewables, engineering & construction, technology and financial services leading risk, governance, ESG, Net Zero, strategy, business development, mergers, acquisitions & business integration and business transformation programmes for some of the world’s leading organisations.

Throughout his career Grant has worked with ASX, LSE, NYSE, NASDAQ and Euronext listed businesses as a senior executive, director and board advisor.

He has held senior leadership roles in global businesses including ALSTOM, Caminus, IBM, Siemens, Wolters Kluwer and Wipro, and undertaken advisory work for blue-chip listed firms where he has led board-level transformation engagements delivering enhanced decision-making capability, improved transparency, resilience, governance and compliance, and improved corporate performance.

With the changes happening in today’s fast-changing and challenging world Grant works at the forefront in leading organisational change by helping businesses to build competency, know-how and excellence in workplace culture, diversity & inclusion, ethics, ESG /sustainability, social purpose, mental health, and organisational and digital transformation.

During the current Covid-19 pandemic of 2020 Grant is guiding organisations in their development of  digital /remote working strategies and capabilities, redesign of business strategy, and risk & crisis communication planning and response.

His work with the private sector includes advising and mentoring leading-edge, small cap firms and start-ups working with founders and investors in providing guidance on strategy, business scale-up, structure, and board and executive team development, bringing many start-ups and small caps to investor ready stage.
