I don’t even mind critics. I don’t even mind good, sound and solid advice. What drives me nuts is this.
People who have not built anything. People who don’t sell a product of any kind, let alone an online product. People who don’t have an ecommerce business. People who don’t have a business of any kind. Take all of those people combined into one and they want to tell you how to do things.
Do something yourself, make it successful. Sustain and grow that business over a 2 1/2 year period and then come back to me and tell me we are doing it wrong.
Grow your business to literally thousands of users and customers and tell us we are doing it wrong.
If you haven’t done that, you are not an authority on how a business works or doesn’t.
